LEGAL
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026 · Applies to app.nullcorp.eu and every tool hosted under it
This policy sets out what you can't do on NULL TOOLS. It works alongside our Terms of Service — breaking anything here is a breach of those Terms and can result in account suspension or termination (see Terms §6).
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use NULL TOOLS, or any tool hosted on it, to:
- Upload or distribute illegal content — anything that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours (Belgium/EU).
- Distribute malware — viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any code intended to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to a system.
- Send spam — unsolicited bulk messages, whether through eSports direct messages, team invites, or any other in-app communication channel.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users — this includes team members you interact with through eSports Dashboard, Overlay Maker, or any shared-team feature.
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights — including uploaded game assets, replays, VOD playlists, or overlay designs that aren't yours to share.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of NULL TOOLS, or attempt to extract source code from any tool, beyond what's permitted by law.
- Automate abuse of the platform — scripted account creation, credential stuffing, bot-driven registration, or automated interaction that isn't a normal, individual use of the service.
- Excessively scrape data from NULL TOOLS or any tool on it, beyond normal individual browsing/use.
- Attempt to bypass security controls — authentication, rate limiting, the cookie-consent gating, or any access restriction, including probing for or exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Abuse AI-labeled features to mislead others about what generated something — for example, altering or fabricating entries in NULL Predictions' "AI Leaderboard" (which shows real predictions we collected directly from named AI chatbots) and presenting them as if they were that chatbot's actual answer.
2. Enforcement
Some of this is already backed by real, running protections, not just policy text:
- Registration is gated by Cloudflare Turnstile bot-detection.
- Login and registration attempts are rate-limited (max attempts per hour per IP) and recorded in a 1-year security log, available for manual review if abuse is suspected — this is a record we can check, not an automated detection system.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access to specific features, or delete an account that violates this policy, up to and including immediately in serious cases. Being direct about the current state: this is a manual action taken by an admin, not an automated one-click suspension feature — there isn't one built yet. We may also involve law enforcement where required by law.
3. Reporting abuse
If you see something that violates this policy — spam, harassment, abusive content, a security issue — report it to contact@nullcorp.eu. Include what tool/page it happened on and any relevant usernames or timestamps if you have them.
