Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NULL TOOLS (app.nullcorp.eu), operated by NULL Corporation ("we", "us"), including every individual tool hosted on the platform (Overlay Maker, SponsorDeck, Analytics, Timekeeping, NULL Predictions, eSports Dashboard, and any tool added in the future). By creating an account or using any tool, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, in line with the minimum age for consent to data processing under GDPR. If you are between 16 and the age of majority in your country, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian where required by local law.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NULL TOOLS to:

• Upload or transmit illegal content.
• Distribute malware or malicious code.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any tool.
• Automate abuse of the platform (bots, scripted account creation, credential stuffing).
• Scrape data from the platform beyond normal, individual use.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security controls.
• Abuse or misuse any AI-labeled feature to mislead others about its output.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential and your account details accurate.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including team-shared tools.
• If you connect a social media account to Overlay Maker, you are responsible for complying with that platform's own terms of service.
• Notify us promptly at contact@nullcorp.eu if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual property

NULL TOOLS, its branding, design, and underlying code are owned by NULL Corporation unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. Trademarks and logos of connected third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify integration, not to imply endorsement.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (overlay designs, time entries, predictions, team messages, uploaded game assets). By using a tool that stores or displays this content to other users (e.g. team members in eSports Dashboard), you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide that feature. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy — Your rights). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to compromise platform security, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of the reason.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NULL Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NULL TOOLS, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or third-party platform changes affecting connected-account features (e.g. Overlay Maker analytics). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Warranty disclaimer

NULL TOOLS and its individual tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Tools under active development (marked "Beta" or "Soon") may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of NULL TOOLS is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence under EU law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves (e.g. new tools, paid features, AI functionality). Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and where feasible, announced via the in-app changelog/notification system. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
